TAS
you should make clear that TAS books is actually also another Sage offering.
it is excellent in all areas :-
except COST and the IT problem of keeping it running for more than several secs. at a time due to its peculiar licence security system. One client of mine has given up trying to get it to work depsite paying a fortune to TAS. So really u need an inhouse IT person to use it.
Key ?
What do the figures mean ?
Average satisfaction percent? Number completely satisfied ?
3.49/100?
3.49/10 ?
3.49/5 ?
3.49/4 ?
Showing the market share and how many of those bothered to vote might be useful,
Almost meaningless results as they stand.

Software satisfaction ratings
Thanks for your feedback on the ratings, Ade.
For the record, the Software Satisfaction rating is the average score out of 4 across four categories: Ease of Use, Functionality, Reliability and Value for Money.
The sample shares for shortlisted suppliers are published on the Software Satisfaction Awards 2008 winners page. Even though the sample sizes are quite large in the accounting & finance categories, the emphasis of our coverage here (and the awards themselves) is on who is doing the best at keeping customers happy, not the number of users they've got who take part in the survey.
Also, after slaving over the raw HTML for some time, I quail at the thought of having to go back in to add columns and figures. If you want more information on the awards, pay a visit to the Software Satisfaction Awards website.
