Martin joined Healden Grove in 1999 and was subsequently appointed to the board in 2003.  His experience of our market place and the way in which we operate is immense and throughout his career at the company he has excelled at each and every step.

Martin holds the responsibility for our client base, not just in maintaining the status quo, but for organic growth as well as proactively bringing on board new clients.  Many clients now view him as their first port of call in assisting them with practice growth issues an accolade he well deserves due to the extensive knowledge he has amassed since his start with the company.

Outside work he is married to Leanne and is the very proud Dad of “the little man” Cameron.  He is also involved at a very senior level with the Church and supporting others in the community takes up much of his time.  Although arrived at through different routes, Martin’s outlook on life, in many ways dovetails with Andrew’s thereby ensuring the highest code of ethics remains the order of each day at Healden Grove.
