I am Chartered Secretary, who also holds a Masters degree in Strategic Financial Management. I have had 18 years experience working as a company secretary, which has included fully listed companies, limited companies, not for profit and start ups. This has meant that I have had to find solutions to a broad range of challenges.   I spent 12 years working in the accountancy profession mainly doing company secretarial work, but I also spent two years as an Audit Senior.

Thoroughly enjoyed the challenges being a company secretary  has dealt me and would be happy to add my comments to any queries raised. 

I am still proud to have obtained my accounting technicians qualification as my first professional qualification, but I am working through my CIMA exams to add to my skill base. You can never stop learning!
