David Venus & Company have been around for over 30 years and, in the Summer of 2009, were acquired by Equiniti, previously Lloyds Registrars, for the purposes of boosting both companies' exposure to the corporate registration and governnace sector.

Based in Esher, Surrey, we have 4 directors and 25 staff specialising in all aspects of company law and related fields (HR, employment law, health & safety, trademark registration, etc) and work regularly with corporate clients and many professionbal intermediaries, often through a 'white-labelled' service to their own clients.

I have been with the company since 2006, having spent 20 years as a company registration and secretarial bureau service provider.
