What We Do
Onesys delivers distribution, manufacturing and service sector software systems with associated accounting and EIS systems to ensure an integrated solution. We have experienced teams supporting these cost & time-saving business tools across the UK.
Our clients prefer us being able to provide a full single point solution, including consultancy, project management, application software, user training and most important of all ongoing support and upgrades.
Onesys support over 300 clients across a wide range of sectors, serviced from offices in the North and South. We have satisfied clients in many towns and cities across England, Scotland and Wales.
The main reason why many of our clients chose onesys and have remained loyal to us over 15 years or more, is that we have a well integrated team that is able to give a quality personal and professional service that is difficult to find in this world of company mergers, call centres and continually changing contacts.
Our client satisfaction surveys have established that customers can buy similar software from several sources and even though the majority of customers are concerned about price, it is the consistent quality of after-sales service, training and support, that wins us new contracts and retains our current clients.
A Brief History
Onesys have been providing business software solutions since 1972. We have a number of clients that have been with us since that time, now running the latest versions of our various business software products.
Onesys is one of the largest UK partner of Global Business Systems and Sage Professional Services Division. We also have formed partnerships with a number of other major vendors such as Lawson Software Inc. (M3 + S3 ERP Systems) who in 2006 merged with Intentia (Movex ERP System).
Onesys continues to grow organically and by acquisition. Future acquisitions are likely as we seek to improve our market position. Our strategy is to build a strong business with a balance of technical and client service skills and then to apply these skills in delivering excellent service to all of our clients.
