About this session
Join us LIVE at 1 pm on Wednesday, 5th July 2023 as we reveal the forward-thinking accountancy firms and individuals who will battle across over 20 hotly-contested categories to win a prestigious AE Award.
Who will make the shortlist? Join Sift Media's Head of Events Mike Goldsmith and Accounting Excellence Judge and Oustanding Contribution Award 2021 winner Lucy Cohen as they reveal the runners and riders for 2023.
Powered by AccountingWEB, Accounting Excellence has been rewarding the profession's brightest and most successful accountants since 2006. Brought to you in association with Intuit QuickBooks, this year's awards programme has seen a record number of entries, with a 25% rise in completed entries.
As well as gongs in the fiercely competitive Small, Medium and Large Firm categories, this year sees seven new trophies up for grabs, including International Firm of the Year, Employer of the Year, Finance Director of the Year and our AccountingWEB Pride Awards for ESG and DEI. This reflects the Awards' move to recognising the profession's most ambitious and progressive firms and individuals rather than the technology they use.
However, we're not forgetting our roots! This year's record number of entries has lead us to split the Small Firm of the Year award into four: South of England; North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland; Midlands, Wales and East of England; and London.
This year's winners will be crowned in a glitzy award ceremony at London's famous Roundhouse in Camden on Tuesday 3rd October. Tickets are available now at the Accounting Excellence website. Prices have been held at 2022 rates until Fri, July 28 2023!
Accounting Excellence is proud to be supported by headline sponsor Intuit QuickBooks, alongside category sponsors Bright, Mercia, Xero, Sage, TaxCalc, MoneyPenny, Makosi, IRIS, iplicit, GI Outsourcing, Employment Hero, Dext, Circit and PracticeWeb.
