We will also discuss any issues they overcame as they developed their client care strategies and how they are looking to further improve their offering in the future.

  • What are the basics of great client care and what elements can you tailor for each client?
  • Does it necessarily mean spending more one-to-one time with a client?
  • How to handle a client that is demanding too much time, without damaging the relationship
