A 5 yr business plan in 2 days for £2900 - useful?

Would a detailed 5 year business plan created in a two day workshop be useful for your customers?

Didn't find your answer?

I am just wondering if Accountancy firms (if they don't do their own) would be interested in offering a comprehensive 5 year marketing plan to their customers that don't have a written plan - format: one day workshop week one, one day workshop week two with likeminded businesses (great for idea swapping)  = comprehensive 30+ page report with access to it online on an ongoing basis to tweek on a live month by month basis. Benefits = greater growth, less change of failing, cashflow management... Support/advise also available to stay 'on plan' month by month. Does this sound of interest? I am just doing some research on this.

So the thread was started as an attempt to link to selling your services?

No massive interest seen on here!

So basically you are hoping to get 30 people in a room to share their ideas with each other and discuss their business ideas.

On day 2 you get them to populate a template which generates a 30 page report.

So for this you expect to get paid 30 x £2900

Nice work if you can get it.

I would imagine the report is very generic and of limited to value.

You could get a local accountant to do it for less, that will be totally bespoke to your requirements, he will also work with you post plan to help you deliver it.

I would imagine your scheme will only work if the workshops are funded by government grants as no small business would pay £3000 to attend a 2 day workshop with 30 others to self complete a template document.
