After 30 years in practice as an FCA HMRC has supended my agent codes without any notice as they claim not to know who my AML Supervisor Body is!!!
I have been sent a form to fill in and send back by post but no way of contacting them either by telephone or email. Phone numbers for agent services take 30 minutes to answer and prove fruitless.
Any help would be appreciated

HMRC are the people that want clients to go digital
What a joke
This "problem" could have been sorted in a 10 Minute phone call to agent
Are you registered for AML
Yes ICAEW
Job done
I put an email on here for the Fraud investigation team who deal with this 'AML' problem a couple of days ago. Use that, they responded to my query in 24 hours, mark your email as 'extremely urgent' and quote any references you have, then demand an answer in the body of your email, citing you are copying in your MP, the minister in charge and Jim, also add that they are restricting your abaility to make a living and that you will pass on any fines/penalties etc etc .
Not sure if this will help, but a few years ago we got a RLS (Returned Letter Signal) mistakenly applied to our address and all our agent codes meaning we could do nothing, all because a letter was returned to HMRC that was delivered by Royal Mail to our neighbour - who instead of giving it to us, sent it back to the sender! We contacted HMRC at the below link with an explanation of what happened and how it's important that it's urgently fixed as we cannot deal with people's taxes and the negative impact it would have. HMRC emailed us the next day and fixed this issue a matter of urgency and fixed the issue immediately.

You can also contact the ICAEW Practice Support team, who can help and pick the phone up to the right people at HMRC.
This can be resolved, but you will need to really express the urgency to HMRC and/or ICAEW to get it done. Otherwise it will take months.
Exactly my experience.
You are on your own! Except hopefully you are not given my experience only a week or so back!
