A quicky I hope

Didn't find your answer?

If a UK company has a foreign branch that has a different accounting year, am I right in thinking that the branch results for the UK accounting period (and not those based on the foreign accounting period) need to be incorporated into the UK company accounts?

Joke

It's not a joke is it?  So, when drawing up accounting for a specific period, you want to include income and expenses for a different period?
