I have made A1 application on behalf my client at the end of last year. Finally I've received correspondance in Feb with no contact numer on it. At the beginning of March 2018 we've sent reply and now I need to know the status of the application. We're given the number to call - 01912489819 but with no answer.
Any hints ?

Try 0300 200 3506 or 0191 203 7010. They should get you through to the international caseworker team at Longbenton, who should be able to point you in the right direction. There was also 0300 055 5734 listed not long ago, but I haven't used it.
