Accountancy Manager queued emails not being sent

some of my queued emails in AM are not being sent by Outlook Office 365 but they appear as sent in the AM client timeline - I just wondered if anyone else had encountered this issue and whether there was easy fix?

Have you contacted support, they are very good?

If they are being sent from AM and showing in the clients timeline, then it sounds like an issue with your email set up - we have not had any issues but use gmail

Hi Nick,
Thank you for bringing that to our attention!
It's not uncommon for Microsoft security to 'unlink' an email connection (regardless of where it's from) which can be reset by navigating to My Settings and resending the 'test email'.
For anyone who has the issue and isn't able to reset it themselves our support team will be able to assist at [email protected]
I believe you've had a call from support and this is now rectified.
