We are an Engineering company and currently use Workflow Max for Project Management but find it very time consuming for data entry.
The functionaility to import purchase invoices from WFM to Xero has been switched off as we use Receipt Bank which doubles up the entry of the purchase invocies.
There is no ability to edit the job number a PO is allocated to if it is incorrect.
Timesheets are paperbased to ensure the correct allocation of time and as we have different chargeouts for different clients and staff, it is a labour intensive task ensuring that the base rates are correct when staff have payrises or the overhead rate increases.
We are happy to look at alternative accounting packages or ERP systems. Any suggestions would be welcomed :-)
