Accounting software with multiple tracking options

best accounting online system that has minimum 4 analysis categories for costs and revenue

Hi, we are looking for a online accounting system that allows us to track all costs and revenue based on several analysis/tracking fields such as location, cost centre, name of project, type of recource. I am aware that Sage Intacct and MSD Business Central has unlimited analysis fields but they have quite high set up costs. I have also explored Xero (2 tracking options - not enough) and Sage Accounting online (3 optons - but very limited on reporting and how you can manipulate the data). I cant find any other online accoutning systems with this functionality. Any ideas? Alrenatively is there an add on for Xero that someone has used that allows for additional tracking categories? This needs to be applied to Cost and Revenue invoices as well as Expenses and Journals. We are a service provider and our main cost of sale is consultants salaries. Many thnaks in advance.
