Accounts without Accountant

Didn't find your answer?

Is this compulsory for the small companies to sign their accounts from the accountant.

No it's not

It is not compulsory as the directors are responsible for preparing accounts that give a true and fair view.

However an accountant's report would add  credibility to the figures, although it's not a requirement.

Pidgin English is rife in here

Am I the only one that's sick of pidgin English questions in here?

They seem to be rife.

Ok I understand and empathise with those who have English as their second language but its often the same with people who dont speak anything other than English but they speak in some strange cockney dialect.

Rhangus, you've omitted an apostrophe (or two)...

"Ok I understand and empathise with those who have English as their second language but its often the same with people who dont speak anything other than English but they speak in some strange cockney dialect."

Your "its" should be "it's" as you're meaning "it is".  I think "dont" should be "don't" as well.  Please try and get it right.  it's very annoying.

Accounts without accountant

In fact, anyone can prepare the accounts, you don't necessarily need an accountant.

You can see the degradation in the standard of accounts filed at C Hse, but they don't seem too bothered when you report even the evidently fraudulent.
