Agent Authorisation via old Agent Service Acc

HMRC sent Individual access codes instead of agent access codes

I have been using old online agent account to get authorisation to PAYE and CT. I have sent two request reeently, one for CT and the other one is for PAYE. Both clients received individual access codes but not the agent code. Any idead why?

They requested those themselves.
Get client to look at all the HMRC buff envelopes. They gave you the wrong ones.

Agent codes also seem to be taking quite a long time to arrive, so perhaps your client has received their own codes but your agent ones haven't arrived yet.

Thanks for the help and as Paul Crowley mentioned, they have requested them for the same services, but never mentioned that to us.
