Hi . . . . . does anybody know the phone number for the Agent Dedicated helpline for MTD? I'm having difficulties setting this up and I need to talk to a human. I know I've seen that phone number but I can't find it now. Aaaarrgghhhhh!

There is no dedicated MTD line you have to call the main vat helpline who will put you through to mtd team or if busy make a call back referral.
There is a designated mtd email address however I find not to get many replies to this.

What problems are you having, I'm all setup for MTD with our client's & found it fairly straightforward?
I had to use this this morning. Went through normal VAT online helpline. Waited ages but, when I got through, the guy was really helpful.
I spent two hours last week going in circles trying to sort it and, despite the wait, managed to nail it today in 30 minutes - so its worth contacting them. Maybe try a different time of day as late morning was probably a really silly time to try..
