Agent Maintainer - how long?

Agent Maintainer - how long?

I have the unenviable task ahead of me of moving office.

Does anyone know what current lead times are with the HMRC Agent Maintainer?

We moved at the start of May and I wrote to them then.  Had heard nothing by the middle of September so wrote again and then finally had a response last week.  I don't know whether that was to the first or second letter though...

Slow
I wrote to them. Phoned them. Resent the letter. And got to the end of the journey, door to door in 10 weeks. Infuriating! It should be sooooo easy.

There is one. I used to have a local office number but I suspect that is now defunct. The Agent Maintainer team is now with the CAAT (I think, it was 5 years ago) I once spent 45 minutes on hold to the CAAT and gave up.

No number
No, sorry, no number. That would be too helpful for them to give us a number :-)
I looked up the post code on their address and found a reception number for that building. I got through to a general support person who suggested I resend the letter with "follow up" at the top. That call took 55 mins end to end. It's like the internet never happened in their world ...
