Agent Service Account

HMRC Helpline

I have been trying to set up an agent services account for MTD, but get a reply saying I have already set one up - this is incorrect.  Does anyone know a contact number for HMRC to resolve the issue?

I was having the same issue. Turns out I had actually set one up about 18 months ago. I contacted the Online Service desk for assistance

I tried going to the ASA login to see if there was a forgot password or similar, but even the login kicks me out saying you already have an account. Worrying as when I obtain the credentials it appears that I will not be able to access the login page -rest of the day waiting for online services to answer the phone I guess
