Dear AccountingWeb Collegues,
have you ever met such situation where agent provides clients to Accountant (bookeeping is provided by agent, Accounts preparation is provided by Accountant) The deal looks like agent has signed contracts with clients about services provided and there is another contract between Agent and Accountant. In such situation I think there should be engagement letter signed by each client unless agent will have concent to act on their behalf. Is that make sense ? What is your point of view guys ? Any experiences ?
