Agent Services Account - Password Reset

Any tips on how to do this quicker than 2 days?

I am presently awaiting a callback from HMRC's MTD team to action a password reset for the Agent Services account. The call-back has a *48 hour* SLA! Does anyone know a quicker way?

You are waiting a callback and expect it in two days? You need to phone daily to [***] them off and get some action.
