Agent View - Self Assessment Online

Unable to view Repayments and Payments made by the client

HMRC appear to be migrating our view of clients, gradually, to a different view - you might have noticed this when logging in as an agent?  However, it appears that the function which allowed agents to view a list of repayments and also a list of payments made has disappeared.  This means a) we are unable to check where tax payments are being set off against and b) we have to telephone HMRC on each occasion to check how a repayment is made up.  Has anyone come across the problem or know any more please?

I'm confused regarding all these "I can't see" comments.

All the same information as the old system is available here. The only difference is the links are on the right rather than on the left.

Not all of them. Within Account here was a submenu for payments, repayments, penalties, etc., but this does not seem to be replicated in the new view

But that information is available in the individual year summaries.

Which is fine if you already know where HMRC have allocated a payment or what year a penalty is for but no where near as useful as the 'old' screens with complete lists of ALL penalties, payments, surcharges, repayments etc.

What about the client that has made a SA payment to their VAT account? In the old system you could check all SA payments received and categorically say it wasn't in there. With the new screens there's little chance of that.
