I cant remember doing anything too bad but then there have been a few afternoon meetings that involved a glass or wine or 4 so I cant rule anything out!

This one got through OK so it may be naughty* words in your queued post that need reviewing.
* Naughty could be the perfectly innocent use of a word that the system thinks is naughty.
Apparently it's called the "Scunthorpe problem", for reasons that quickly become obvious.

I wouldn't worry, Miss Accounting, I've had a lifetime, on the naughty step, for one reason, or another. I positively recommend it.
A lifetime of; enjoyment, overall contentment and, hopefully, some people have enjoyed the ride?
Happened to me as well the other day. Post has only just been approved today. Isn't obvious why I was put on the naughty step as well.
I for one would like to know what your post(s) said as it is often hilarious as to what gets caught and where words hide.
Homeowner is my favourite 'word you will never pronounce the same again once you notice it has meow in it' :)
