AML Renewal

Yet another problem with HMRC

Didn't find your answer?

I have come across yet another problem. I received a reminder to renew my AML registration today. I logged into my registartion and a message said I needed to renew otherwise the current registration will be cancelled. When I looked at last year I could see the application was received by HMRC and the payment made however the approval was never made and I heard nothing. As a result of this their is no "renew your registration" button this year so I simply can't do as HMRC advice , it wont allow me. I can't find any information on how to email them , no number to phone and am told writing is useless as they are not dealing with post. I feel quite stressed by it all and have no idea how to proceed. I think its totally unacceptable. Can anyone offer advice ?

I got a reply using this email address last week. [email protected]

It took about a week. Someone posted last week I think with a list of email addresses for the AML department. I don't know if that helps.

Ive posted this before

[email protected]
or
(fraud team if you have received a demand/threatening letter re lack of payment of AML fees) [email protected].

Latter was the only one responsive to me, received a next day response, mind you I did send them a stinker!

I have had an absolute mare with AML issues over the past few months. I ended with with a few contacts that you can email;

[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]

Just copy them all in and you will get it sorted.

Also copy in Jim Harra, Andrew Henderson and Victoria Dempster. For GDPR reasons I can't forward their email but I'm sure you can work it out

Thanks for posting this query. I have logged into my account a few times this year and found no action taken on last year's December renewal. I have now sent emails to a couple of the addresses that have been helpfully supplied. Supposedly may get a response within 15 days.
