Call handler has absolutely ZERO knowledge and despite detailed explanations, still stipulated my claim was wrong. The claim is 100% correct, issue was that Week 52 of 2020 in first claim only had 2 fuloughed days, not a full week. I used the start date for that week, and not the day furlough started - workers don't work the same days, so affected people differently

That sounds par for the course. The intimidation of HMRC begins with those having little working knowledge at the coal face and picking at a micro client. In my simple mind providing the claim for money is correct b***** the starting date.
