We've implemented a new filter to try and catch the spammers

Didn't find your answer?

Good afternoon all,

Given the rise in resurrected threads that have been bothering our readers in recent weeks, we've implemented a new filter to try and catch the spammers and stop them from posting naughty links on the site.

Apparently the filter needs a bit of time to get up to speed, so if your Any Answers post or comment appears in red or you get the message 'your comment is under review' my apologies - do get in touch with myself, Richard or Francois and we'd be happy to help.

All the best,

Tom

*edit, looks like one of our readers has already spotted this. Apologies Ruddles...*

I am getting digest updates via email to posts, but yet cannot see such updates on the 'any answers' page.

All very bizarre!

Sorry Tom,

In latest posts, there are four necro-threads above this one (2012/2013). Seems the new filter is not doing it's job.

I'm finding her and her many clones quite amusing... they at least put legible text, and their bios are worth a giggle (though a bit samey after a while).
