We seem to have been taken over by a spammer

How does one report a user account for spamming?

And if that doesn’t work bombard them with reports on every post and response - that should wake them up.

Is there perhaps a tool that looks out for such repeated postings by a new user in quick succession and enforces a hold for moderation on further posts?

Suggested on one of my reports
Newbies only to be allowed one question posting a day would solve the multiple question both deliberate and accidental duplication
