Any problems with Accountant Websmiths?

Have any members encountered problems with Accountant Websmiths? I have now sent four separate emails and had no response. And I have been unable to log into the email marketer, despite our logon details being saved in the search memory.

The sell-out to Iris was always going to end in disaster, and that seems to be happening. Can anyone recommend a good alternative website provider?

The reason why you cannot log on to the email marketer may be because they had a security issue very recently. Their response was to send unsolicited emails to account holders asking them to click on a link on an email to reset their passwords. The passwords were disabled. Check your SPAM, possibly the rightful place, for any emails from them. Be sure to verify the authenticity for yourself. Professionalism does not appear to be understood by them.

Changing to an alternative provider is not top of my priority list; but it is on the list. Cannot offer any alternatives as yet, although I do get something through regularly from something called PracticeTrack ( I think), which at some point I may read before transferring to the bin.

Thanks, Dave. My post has prompted a response from Iris, and so it will be interesting to see if the issue is resolved. What astonishes me is that all the emails I sent (apparently to the wrong address!) were obviously all delivered, but clearly were not monitored, or redirected.

I will be keeping a close eye on alternative providers.......
