Does anyone else use PTP/Iris Software and, if so, are you finding the Support absolutely appalling?
Iris support isn't great. On the portal window it frequently reports live support queue wait times as being a couple of minutes, yet when calling them I end up being on hold for 10 times that amount before someone answers.

In my opinion support from the PTP division deteriorates year on year. I wonder if Iris is quite keen to move customers from PTP to their core products.
Andy - & that is why we left PTP several years ago
I did have problems with them but this got satisfactorily resolved with termination. Now I have no problems with them.
Support is very hit and miss, sometimes you get a good one and try to find out his/her direct email. I defy anybody to use IRIS without support - I know their number by Heart. Their software is appalingly written - I live for the day when they have competition and we can change.
I know Magic Man by Heart. That is, I think, their best number.
I would disagree there - I would say 'alone' is their best number ;)
