Just interested if anyone else is receiving P11D warning letters despite the fact a nil declaration was submitted online in plenty of time? I've had a number today and a few clients complaining, I of course have all submission receipts and will be looking forward to a few long phone calls to HMRC.

I received one, I telephoned HMRC who said they had received the P11D but not the P11D(b) - the two forms were stapled together! HMRC asked for copy of P11D(b) with covering letter explaining.
All P11Ds and P11D(b)s were filed electronically for our clients, by the deadline. Still getting the odd reminder through.
Same here - "no P11D required" submission made on 2nd July and acknowledged by HMRC but warning letter received today 7th August (though dated 23rd July of course)......
More time wasted that won't be billable to the client.
