A client is about to take on some new apprentices. They are aged between 16 and 18. The older ones have already been through an apprenticeship, but are not up to her standards, so she needs them to retrain. Can she still pay them at apprenticeship salaries, or is this only for their first apprenticeship. She has been told by teh college that she can, but I just wanted to see what other people think,as its a new one to me.
