Hello everybody,
Currently I'm a self-employed sole trader accountant. My ASA, Agent Codes and AML are all registered for me as a self-employed accountant. Now, I want to incorporate my business as a Ltd. My question: Can I use the same ASA, Agent Codes and AML after become a Ltd? Or do I have to apply completely for new ones? Any advice and help will be highly appreciated.

You are not the same person as your company, so you have to get new ones. I can see no reason why that principle should be any different for this as for anything else.
When we incorporated I simply wrote to HMRC Agent Services and, with the exception of VAT, they transferred the whole agent account to the company (i.e. they basically changed the name on the authorisations to the company name)
Certainly what I did- The AML reg needed a new fresh application in name of the company but the agent registrations/clients were just transferred over- it was a fair few years ago now so processes may be different these days.
