Auto Enrolment and Micro Businesses

Auto Enrolment and Micro Businesses

Didn't find your answer?

My clients are all micro businesses.

The director only companies can exempt themselves from auto-enrolment,

But a number of my clients do employ a few staff.

The problem is no pension company is interested in taking them on.

Does anyone know of any pension companies who take on auto-enrolment for companies with less than 10 on the payroll.

Who won't price themselves out ?

Would really appreciate members' experience in this sector

Don't Go Complicated

NEST is guaranteed to take on any business. You may need someone to advise you or you can go it alone. You don't say whichPayroll software you use as some are more advanced than others in getting the contributions over (if any due)

I am in a similar

position to the original poster and have just embarked on True Potential for the first couple of stagers.  I shall start this week working with their online platform.

Based upon my own research i found both Nest and TP to be very similar, the reason i opted for TP is they offer 5 funds as standard which the employee can log in and amend should they or their advisor see fit thus giving more flexibility.  Ok i appreciate that scenario may never occur but it's there were it requested.  Also believe Nest has monthly charge of 1.8% of the employee pot whereas TP doesnt.

Good luck with your decision.
