We are looking at a more efficient way to request records / reminders etc. Currently we do email mail merges but have to do this manually. We want to be able to attached checklists / help documents if necessary but automate so it sends out every quarter / month / week depending on the type of work we are doing. Whilst it may not get some clients to bring records in it does atleast help us to stay on the moral high ground when they moan about being late!
Does anyone use commercial software like this? If so what do you like / dislike about it?
