Avoid Kashflow at all costs

Just might save someone else. 

We only have 7 clients left on Kashflow as all the others are on Xero and Quickbooks.

Just tried to cancel 2 spare licenses. We should have given 90 days notice before the end of January and now they will run to 30/01/2020. 

They are annual licenses unlike any other online book keeping software.

I took everyone off Kashflow over 2 years ago as software was poor and they are terrible to deal with for the reason you mention.

Hi Miss A - not that it will effect me as I’m off to the land of retirement soon!!! But why? KashFlow was already a mess when Iris bought it, in fact they added a bit of 21st century functionality, are you expecting them to demolish the lovely Tf?

Just stop paying 'em, and let them come after you.

it cant be worth their while.
