(I know this is the longest of long shots, but I'm getting nowhere with my usual sources)
We have a UK client that has set up a Euro bank account in Germany with Commerzbank.
We have tried a Confirmation.com audit letter request which was initiated but then rejected 'due to technical reasons'. A post request was then suggested by Confirmation.com
I can't find an address or even instructions anywhere online where to send the post request to. Confirmation.com itself provides some guidance but it appears very limited (stating the IBAN number and business name must be provided).
Does anyone know where I can attempt to get a bank audit letter for Commerzbank initiated to/from please?

As usual, I have nothing helpful to contribute but am reassured that dropping audits was one of the better decisions I have made in my life.
Is the Euro bank account actually 'in Germany' or is it with Commerzbank's London branch?
Possibly worth asking your client to contact their 'relationship manager' to confirm where such a request should be directed.
Have you tried Circit? They have a good presence in the German market and I find them to be 1000% better than Confirmation.com
I've just checked and both Commerzbank Germany and UK are on the platform
It's listed on comfirmation.com as a participating UK branch. The relationship manager at the bank will swiftly point you in the right direction.
