I am just about to set up on my own having gained my PC etc with the ACCA.
The firm I am leaving use CCH for phone support and it seems OK most of the time but has been known to give some incorrect information.
Do readers have any other reccomendations for telephone support service (reasonably priced).

I am afraid perfection will not always be received.........Tax is such a huge area with complications and the added problem of fully explaining the query... and that problem being fully understood............Having said that I have used CCH for many years and overall they are brilliant! It is like having your own tax department.
