very concerned

I have been approached by Bond Partners Network with a view to getting leads to the value of £50k per annum. I appear to have signed a lease agreement for a silly laptop computer and non working software and to pay £650 per month. I ceased the payments when I did not get any more leads from Bond Partners Network only to be threatened with demands from a leasing company.

I consider that the leasing company are party to the agreement to provide software. leads etc.

I now find that I have been lead down a path which is no compliment to Bond Partners LLP who appear to own Bond Partners Network. Is this not an awful embarassment to Bond Partners LLP?

I now find that Bond Partners Network Ltd have submitted accounts to Companies House for the year ended 31 March 2010 on which they claim to be non trading in the year to 31 MArch 2010. Are Companies House going to take action.

How can such a situation be allowed to happen when Bond Partners LLP is a firm of Chartered Accountants?

Why is this behaviour allowed to persist amongst accountants?

BOND PARTNERS NETWORK – REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS

We have reported Bond Partners Network LLP to Trading Standards as like many of the reports on this site, we too have fallen foul of bond Partners Network LLP, and have found ourselves stuck into paying a monthly rental of £600 plus VAT for a computer that we do not need, but not getting any leads in return.

We haven't had any leads for over 18 months now, and have been advised that if enough people phone the advice line at Consumer Direct on 08454 04 05 06 and provide details of their contracts with Bond Partners Network LLP, Trading Standards will take action.

Thoughts?

Having stopped my payments to Investec about 18mths ago I have just received a demand from their solicitors. Has there been a test case in their favour or is it just a try on?
