given that most bonuses are paid through payroll, I would assume that the employee P60 would include the bonus. Is it correct? Thanks for your time

Depends how you do it when processing. I think most people would show one off bonuses as a separate line but there's no obligation to do so

P60 will show bonuses in total gross income, combined with their salary as one figure.
