Both directors paid below LEL-No PAYE registration

Didn't find your answer?

Is the LIC limit of £5,824 per director or per company? Ie. Can I pay two directors below this amount and not run into any issues with PAYE registration?

Best wishes.

In response to the question "have you asked your accountant?" the OP responded (on 26/2/17) "Haven't got one.... yet definitely doing so after this!"

As the saying goes, "never put off to tomorrow ...".

This might seem like a straightforward question, but the answer is anything but straightforward and will depend on several other factors. This question and the others you have posted on this site shows that you are out of your depth in trying to deal with your own company accounts and tax matters, however admirable that might be.
The best advice to you, given several times already, is to seek the services of a qualified accountant who can advise you and help you with your accounting and tax needs.
