Brightpay - 'Sender ID'

Didn't find your answer?

I am looking to submit an RTI through Brightpay (which I was recommended on here, AW), and an error message is occuring when I try to submit saying 'Enter Sender ID and password'.

It says this was provided by HMRC, so I assumed it was the Gov Gateway ID? As I have already put the AO and AR in elsewhere! Fairly simple one but help appreciated :)

TIA.

BrightPay is excellent :)

Within the software, click on the Employer tab, and then within that section, click on the "RTI Submissions" tab. You can then enter your HMRC Gateway ID and password.

I am a big fan of BrightPay too. Excellent software and very easy to navigate.
You can't submit a return to HMRC without entering HMRC Gateway credentials into the software. Simply enter your HMRC gateway ID in the Employer tab as @jcace kindly explained and then submit a return.
Best of luck!
