Does anybody receive interest on credit balances in a business current account? Do relationship managers have any discretion on the rate payable? Any recommendations welcome.

Thanks in advance

What would be wrong in transferring money to a deposit account? At least you'd get some interest that way.

Some banks offer interest on current accounts but the rate is pretty pitiful.

I am not aware of any relationship managers having discretion in rate paid, only the rate charged when its a borrowing situation.
