Can anyone recommend a good property management system which also has an accounting function as well?

Can anyone recommend a good property management...

Didn't find your answer?

Hello

I have a client who owns a number of properties which they rent out.  We are looking for a system which will enable them to manage their tenants and account for their property income and outgoings at the same time.  Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thank you!

Have a look at these

I have a client in the same boat at the moment and Landlord Property Manager was recommended to me.  This is "desk bound" whereas I think Smart Property Manager, an online system, is also worth a look at.

My client's currently looking at both, so no experience of either yet, I'm afraid.

I use Landlords Property Manager

I find it pretty good although aimed more at the non accounting Property owner with personal property ownership as it's end product is the info required for your Self Assesment return than the full production of accounts. If properties owned through a Limited company might not be so appealing others but works reasonably well if not. As others have said it is desktop based so I backup database to DropBox so I can have access from machines in different locations by restoring latest back, I guess a Cloud based solution would be better from that point of view if it could do all required functions.
