Can I claim rent and airline tickets?

I rent 3 houses for my employees. Can these expences be claim?

Didn't find your answer?

Hi all

I rent 3 houses for 15 people which are working for me on a constraction site. Im paying monthly 6000£ for rent. Also I bought 15 tickets for them to come here to work from abroad

How can I claim these expences as it cost me 10.500£ last month( 300£per ticket)? Can I recover this amount?

None of the houses are not company office

Geanina, as you can see from the previous responses, your question throws up many more questions and additional important points that you should be considering. The best thing you can do is sit down and speak to a local accountant who can advise you on all of the potential pitfalls you could be facing.

You will presumably recoup your costs via your sales income in due course. The difference between what you earn and what you pay out in expenses is your profit, broadly speaking. Your accountant will be able to explain what tax you will have to pay on that, including any tax due on your employees’ wages.
