SO we havea sale agreed on a portfollio of properties where any unused CA are being signed over in an election to new owner.
One site has from Jan - date had £800k spend on it.
FOr this £600k is for a new roof as the tenant wouldnt move in unless we replaced for one with no Asbestos. THis isnt plant so doesnt effect matters.
However we are spendinga frther 200k on various items which include some integral features. This is needed due to an incident that is subject to an insurance claim for circa £127k. The remainer is in part due previous tenant's occupation for which we received £55k dilapidation. TO the extent that the works eligible for CA relate to the Dilapse claim can I reduce the pool by this amount in the same way I can for the insurance claim?
