Cannot contact VT Software

Anyone else having problems?

Tried to call them this morning, but it went straight through to an answerphone telling me to email.

Sent an email and received the following message back; should I be worried that I've just thrown away my renewal fee?

Recipient inbox full

Your message couldn't be delivered to [email protected]. Their inbox is full or it's receiving too much mail at the moment.

The response from the remote server was:

550 Mailbox is over quota

Sorry about that. It looks like a temporary glitch. We have been receiving emails today and I have just done several tests which were all fine. We usually have 2 or 3 people available to answer telephone calls (there were 2 today) . If they are all on calls then the answering machine cuts in.
