I have bought a residential building and intend to convert it to commercial use as an aparthotel. Can i claim on the fixtures and fittings in the building immediately or do i have to wait till i convert it to commercial use premesis?

You have to wait until you have a qualifying trade so will not be able to claim anything until it has been converted. We can help with producing the relevant claims report if interested please PM me. Thank you.
