Capital history for foreign (Iberdrola) shares

Does anyone know of capital history service for foreign shares?

Didn't find your answer?

Client bought Scottish Power shares in 2003.  Iberdrola took over Scottish Power and subsequently there seem to have been share reorganisations, bonus issues, scrip issues  and/or dividend reinvestments.  As he has sold only part of the holding I need to track capital history.  Does anyone know of a company that provides capital history data in the same way as I can obtain from ICAEW for UK shares?  Or has anyone had to do this exercise for their own client and got the answers already?

I've had a look on their site but can't see capital histories - perhaps I'm looking in wrong place?

When I worked in the City we had a Bloomberg terminal, maybe it is a subscription service.

Try this: https://www.scottishpower.com/pages/shareholders_investors_contact_us.aspx

Unfortunately not. I'd had a look at this earlier and it doesn't go back far enough. Thanks though.
