I run Cash Flow Manager V8 for my practice,
Tried to open it today and it wont open but directs me to their website which suggests that I pay for the latert cloud version.I will be retiring soon, am not VAT registered any more and dont want to lay out money if |I can avoid it.
Is it just my problem or is it more widespread ?

I could be wrong but my understanding was that even their desktop version operates on a monthly subscription basis. It is priced at £12/month, same as the cloud version except you have to pay for a minimum of 12 months.
I have clients on older versions than yours who have not expressed your problem so maybe it's only the newer subscribers who are affected?
It's been around forever.
It's of limited functionality but idiot-proof which can be important for a certain type of client.
It is essentially an automated cash book that 'looks like' a spreadsheet. It can be used for cash accounting VAT very easily.
It operates as a stand-alone system but you can buy add-ons such as Invoice Manager for sales invoicing and debtor management which interfaces with Cashflow Manager.
Ah ok thanks, I thought perhaps it was cashflow forecast software similar to the old Winforecast.
