Hi

We use CCH for Self Assessment tax return preparation/submission.  Our firm has just been locked out of the Digital Tax Account for the second time this year.  CCH are telling us that there is a problem at HMRC's end, nothing to do with them.  Has anyone else had this problem recently?

Among others, yes. Always get the client to send in their P60, P45 etc.
